We are creating a multi fund private equity firm dedicated to the creation of investment vehicles for different sectors looking to provide own equity and attracting specialized investors for its development.
We focus on nearshoring and the new energy model around electrification. Our mission is to lead decarbonization growth equity and infra investment efforts in LATAM with a particular expertise in creating leading companies through active and direct management with innovating business models, focused on value creation and development of expert teams.
REAL ESTATE
Core to our owner- operator roots - enhanced by synergies with NATURA's other business lines we know how real estate development really works. We focus on climate tech and new ownership models that include prop tech concepts. We focus on integrated business growth which includes land ownership and electrification focused on Industrial Properties, Mass Transit Oriented Development, Mobility Oriented Development as well as Upscale Residential and Hotel Properties.
INFRASTRUCTURE
Natura Infrastructure utilizes a thematic investment approach to source, acquire and manage investments, with an emphasis on properties that require Greenfield Development, recapitalization, repositioning, strategic capital, and/or physical transformation by integrating a highly electrified business model.
MOBILITY LAB
We are helping companies and governments across LATAM to electrify fleets at scale. From rapidly deployable temporary charging to charging at warehouses and urban hubs including but not limited to
Public Transport, Supply Chain, Ride Sharing with Light to Medium to Heavy Duty Charging Infrastructure.
ENERGY RESOURCES
We develop a first-of-a-kind 24/7 carbon-free energy solution where we will supply our infrastructure with guaranteed time-matched carbon-free energy for the majority of all hours through a customized mix of solar, wind, and battery energy storage resources. We are including distributed generation for Mobility and Real Estate.

Integrated Sectors
NATURA DEVCO which later evolved into NATURA CAPITAL, an asset management company specializing in creating investment opportunities across various sectors. To ensure the success of his company, we personally invested capital and attracted a variety of technology partners, capital partners and institutional investors.
The first fund is dedicated to the development of creating a portfolio of logistics and urban properties to help overcoming the challenges of deploying zero emission vehicle infrastructure with electro terminals that include charging infrastructure, electric passenger buses, semi trucks and sustainable power generation. We leverage our generational track record in strategic land acquisition and management to develop a destination for sustainable tourism.
A critical roadblock to scaling climate solutions are so called first-of-a-kind (FOAK) projects. These FOAK projects are difficult to fund due to large capital requirements, low returns for traditional venture capitalists, and high risk for project finance the investors. We will feature projects of FOAK funding and outline opportunities to bring institutional capital into this space.
